When you’re receiving an error while enrolling a device, there are a few possibilities that might be the cause of this error.
- There might be a network issue. Please try to enroll the device again, but use a mobile internet hotspot as your WiFi to exclude any network issue.
- You have configured a restriction to deny enrollments (from a specific location) within the Jamf School Management System.
- Please make sure that there is no MDM profile on your device already when using the on-device enrollment method.
When the above steps have been taken, it is necessary to (wipe the device when using Apple Configurator or DEP, and) start over the enrollment of your device.
